What is Dual Citizenship & Turkuaz Card System?

Turkuaz card gives you full citizenship rights except voting in Turkey.
If I become a Turkish citizen, do I have to do military service?
If you can prove that you served in the military in your home country before or if you are above 22 years old on the day you gained Turkish citizenship, you do not have to do military service in Turkey.
